What are good community sites (like yahoo answers, craigslist, wikipedia, etc)? What is good about them? What is bad about them? What is not out there you’d like to see? Should I have asked this as a bunch of separate questions? Inquiring minds want to know. thx in advance

So, what’s the deal with the “rewards” one gets when getting to certain levels in this program? So far, nothing. Are they being as irresponsible with Yahoo Answers as they are / have been with their product that competes with Google Adsense/Adwords?
From this vantage point, they (Yahoo) deserve their plummet in share price last week.

This page describes upcoming “rewards”, by the way.
I figured Yahoo answers would be fun but I never thought I’d spend this much time on it. Anyone else agree?
I have found that yahoo answers is a lot more fun than sites like myspace or facebook! What do you think? And do you think it’s bad?
I can personally think of worse things to want to do than help people!
As an advisor that teaches an intro to university class this fall, I notice many students use Facebook and MySpace. If they are going to be addicted to internet content, what popular site would be the most educational and positive experience?
By “if they are going to be addicted” I mean they are already addicted and sitting on computers too much already and we have a tough time peeling them off! Why do you think they are more diabetic and getting flabby? No exercise on the computer! Granted, treadmill-powered computers might be the wave of the future, but for the time being, how can we redirect this energy in a more positive direction.

I’m thinking outside of the box here. Basically, I’m looking for interesting and unique people to talk with. The craze these days is myspace and facebook, maybe this will be the next revolution. Hope to hear from single females.

Like some companies sell e-stores, how about if Yahoo gives private yahoo answers (“My yahoo answer”) and you can allow the answers and questions by yourself on your page. and put Yahoo adsense and something like that. liek a blog, but has Yahoo answers features.

Out of the three listed, I use Yahoo! Answers because I do not need to know a lot about people and people do not need to know a lot about me.
Craigslist, Ebay, Yahoo Answers (apparently) , seem to be infested with people who cannot type English. Im no scholar, but when I need to, I can speak & type English. Is Lexus at fault?
Im still look for penguin.
So, Is Lexus at fault?
Befuddled by teh sarcasm, Yah, I think so.
“I find it unfair of you to accuse others of being unable to “speak and type” English, while your own grammar is flawful and your spelling atrocious!”
Nice runon speedy.
“First, Your English needs
plenty of help. (Hmmm)
Secondly, I agree with your
observation(s).. (Incorrect use of an Adverb?)
But……… (But……….)
Why do you criticize others
when you need Phonics yourself?” (Now, do I need Phonics or Hooked on Phonics? I think you meant Phonetics, but it is still improperly used.)
brains cells at work… (Must’ve been sleeping)
I would answer you if I could understand your grammatically incorrect question. (Well, I shall see you in sentence structure 101. Save a seat for me!)
