Would you pay someone to do things you didnt want to do?

I got ideas from a question I posted earlier. I was thinking of posting a flyer and ad on Craigslist to offer my services doing things others didnt want to like walk their dog, do laundry, bake, wrap gifts, take care of their child, grocery shop, etc. I would basically say, call me with what you want done and we can work something out ( NOTHING inappropriate). Would you respond to an ad like that? What would you want done for you?
I am not looking for this to be a major business, just a way to earn some extra money, so being insured and bonded is not an option.

Where should I start looking for apt/house rentals in rural/small-town areas?

I’m thinking of moving out of the city, and am not quite clear on the best house-hunting procedures for places without things like daily newspapers, Craigslist, etc, etc.

I have some idea of where I’d like to end up, but it’s a pretty large area; too much to make it reasonable to only drive around and look for signs.

How are apartments/houses in rural areas usually advertised? Should I check with the area’s real estate agents (despite a lack of rental listings on what sites for same I can find)? Would seeing if I could leave a ‘place wanted…please call’ notice in general stores, community centres, etc, be a good idea?

(I’m looking at the Ottawa Valley, just in case anybody reading this is local to me.)
NB: this is in Ontario, Canada.

anyone live/lived there? visted?
i heard minimum wage was $13.75, and living seems pretty reasonable on craigslist.

We are thinking Sydney.

Any pro’s and con’s anyone would like to share?

I am building a website that will have three ad spaces per page. I’m thinking of using two spaces for exclusive advertising with 2 different companies. The other ad space is for Google AdSense. Is this legal?
