I have several other revenue streams too!! Garage sales, Estate Sales, Thrift stores and shops, swap meets, flea markets, rummage sales, storage shed auctions, auctions, online, goodwill stores and more!! I love the hunt and kill of this business!! There is a plethora of resources out there!! You just have to have the motivation to get up and go find them in your area!! It is hard work sometimes, but I truly believe that if you do the right thing and keep your moral compass in check, GREAT things will happen to you. God is a huge part of my life. Can anyone recommend some sites (possibly free) to post a house for sale by owner?
I’ve posted on Craigslist and Salina but haven’t received much feedback.Posted signs around town and in the local paper.Any other ideas? Don’t really want to go thru a R.E.agency.

Hey! Thanks for the great responses to my question. I have looked at car max, cars direct, auto trader, e-bay and craigslist. Most do not have cars that old. I realize that these are old cars but I have sentimental reasons for finding them. Where did they all go?

Are digital househunting jobs a scam?
I came across an ad on Craigslist for someone looking for people to take pictures of houses – if the pictures fit the criteria of what they are looking for, they’ll pay $10. If they end up buying the house, they’ll pay $500. You are supposed to send pictures of houses that are in nice neighborhoods but the house of interest is vacant, has an overgrown lawn, etc. In other words, someone has let the house fall into disrepair even though the it’s in a nice neighborhood. There are not supposed to be other houses for sale nearby, and from my understanding of the e-mail I received, the house of interest is not supposed to be for sale either. I don’t really get that – seems like they are looking for houses that aren’t for sale but where the owner might be interested in selling if given an offer. I’m wondering if this is a legitimate thing or not – anyone have any knowledge or experience they can offer about this? Thanks!

Apart from craigslist – how do I find used cars for sale by owner? All I see are dealer ads – help!?
I’m looking for a car that’s not salvaged title – that’s not listed by dealer. Do people not own their cars anymore? Why are all ads on craigslist, sjmercury, autotrader, etc. etc. by dealers almost exclusively? I live in the SFO bay area and would much appreciate advice on how to buy a “FSBO” for sale by owner second hand car.

The specific parts about craigslist.com that I like are local personals, local for sale, local gigs, etc.
Local to me it means Los Angeles Area
