I need a truck to transport stuff to help the church, found free stuff on craigslist in D.C. but no truck to take it there. Anyone that can help with a truck or info on where I can get one, please let me know, thanks to all!

Have you all heard of Rideshare? If not, go to http://www.erideshare.com. It’s basically a community where you can “hitchhike” online, find someone that’s driving to your destination, and have this total stranger pick you up and take you. The upside is that you can get somewhere very cheap and meet new people, but it’s also dangerous…you don’t know the person you’ll be driving with. Do you all think this is a good idea? (Craigslist.com also supports Rideshare)
If I traveled 40 miles to buy/pick up something 10 or more days after the posting… is there a good or bad chance the item is still there for me? In other words did someone else buy it first, but the posting wasn’t deleted? Oh… one more thing! Do postings get deleted after the sale of items, or does it still be there?
