I have a google Adsense account and I was required to file a W-9 form when doing so. Now 28% of my earnings are automatically taken out of my payment checks from Google. Will I be able to get any of this money back at tax time? I am not exempt. Is there any way to make sure that I do get some money back? 28% seems like a lot for them to be taking from my checks!

How can I earn money with just showing ads on my site? Is there a programme that pays just for showing ads? I do not like Google’s Adsense because of its payment system that pays per click on the ads. I just want to earn with showing.
I auctioned off an item on craigslist an someone well a few people chose to pay me through usps money order claiming once i shipped out the items that usps would come to my door with cash in hand for me is this real or a scam.

I have a question with 1099 form. I am in the process of forming an LLC. I do have some revenue from internet advertising (e.g. google adsense) right now registered under my SSN. Right now I put the payment on hold, therefore I haven’t received anything from those advertisers. Will I still receive any 1099 forms from those unrealized/unreceived income?
well, I did try to contact those firms, and it’s endless waiting… that’s why i am trying to ask here instead.

Thanks for the response. The whole motivation of putting payment on hold is to avoid a 1099 form connected with my individual SSN. I want to delay getting a check untill I get an EIN setup…
I guess the question now becomes: will a company issue 1099 form to a contractor even if it hasn’t sent out a check? I think this rarely happens, but I just wanna double confirm…

I placed our old car on Craigslist.org to sell it and we have a person that wants to buy it. However he has not seen the car. He said that he is going to send payment in the mail-howvever it will be an overpayment. The difference in amounts he would like for us to give to the shipping company that is coming to pick the car up for him. We asked him tpo pay by money order, the name of the shipping company and person coming to pick the car up,a copy of his state ID to be included with the money order, and a tracking number for the payment once he mails it.
It just sounds really fishy to me and liek a scam-has anyone else experienced this? Please advise.

List of contacts with tags available at press of hotkey.. Store files and music in Yahoo Storage (NOT Briefcase) and it automatically suggests latest movie trailers.. Yahoo gets greater exposure to the information that is meant for consumer consumption in the first place.. Yahoo sells local ads to make people outside the US bear cost
Also yahoo stores and sellers can put premium rate click to call and text ads in the styles of Google adsense.. also yahoo classifieds… you get an email about viagra and sex tablets and then it displays you listings of local sex workers ads from yahoo classifieds.. Yahoo publisher network can select keywords and vend their blog content in text links when the keywords appear as part of emails… The possibilities are endless and only limited by the brain size of Yahoo board members
