FaceBook terms of service change angers users
This is a clip of me doing a quick segment on WKRN-TV on FaceBook’s terms of service change. Users mobilized and demanded FaceBook switch back to the old policy prompted FaceBook to do just that.
The changes allowed FaceBook to license and sublicense user content (photos and videos) and deleted provisions that allowed users to revoke FaceBook’s right to content by simply deleting content. The changes allowed FaceBook to claim rights to deleted content and any archived content even if a user deletes their own account.
