How to be friends with an ex?

How can you ask an ex if they want to hang out without seeming needy or like youre trying to get back together? Theres a girl i used to date about 2 years ago, and we’re still friends but we only see each other when our main group wants to hang out. Shes talkative towards me, and we still have inside jokes. I kind of like her but I don’t want to make it seem like Im trying to get back with her. What can I do/say? (I don’t have her number, and all our friends left for college already, but we have mysapce and facebook.)

how to increase my blog traffic?? (i display google ads)?

i have a jokes blog with new stuff added almost daily but still my blog lacks traffic morover i display google ads and i want more viewers to my blog but i also want to prevent “fraud clicks”.i have tried a software(free)called webceo which said that it wud submit my site to various search engines it did so but still my site traffic has not increased i am also interested to know about the rss thing.does it increase site traffic? should i download an rss sofware for that (my blog is currently in atom format).is that no better than rss.plsss help me by giving a suitable answer and dont ask me to sign up for various sites as it is against the terms of adsense. here is my link

How do I succesfully win an argument with class?

I was best friends with this kid last year, and like everything was cool. But then this year, all he does is trash me, and I can’t even get in a word in without him calling me gay or say STFU or something. And I was wondering, is he really worth it? He is really two faced, like he’ll be my friend one second, then when another kid is around to see how “funny” he is, he will just completely change and become a total idiot. Like, I was his best friend last year. But also, if I want people to know how much of a jerk he is now, how can I defeat him with class, or in other words, how do I let people know about him without stooping to his level and just trashing him and calling him gay or something. I just want him to realize that his jokes on Facebook and things about him “owning” me aren’t even funny, and that he’s ruining his reputation and is just a complete jerk.
