We moved into our new -actual- home in December 2005. For 8 months, we’ve been paying two house payments because we did have a mobile home that has yet to sell. It is not on land (i.e. in a park) and we can’t afford to move it to land. We still owe on it, and can’t take too big of a hit on it. It’s a 2000 Coachman fleetwood near St. Louis, MO. We owe about $40,000 and tried to sell it for $37,500, but no luck. I don’t know what to do. We’ve tried a realtor and it didn’t sell for what we needed. We tried contract for deed (“rent to own”) – too expensive to do. And, we can’t get anyone to rent it, plus we’re scared to do that anyway. WE JUST WANT TO GET RID OF IT!!!!! Any suggestions? We will do anything to get it off our hands. It’s listed on craigslist, and was on realtor.com when we had a realtor. (and in the paper and stuff.) We just don’t know what to do anymore! IT HAS TO GO!!! WE ARE ALMOST OUT OF FUNDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
