Why does gibberish (I think it might be the code of the website) come up on my screen on certain websites?

I asked a similar question a couple months ago, but I still haven’t figured this out so…

Whenever I go onto websites such as myspace, mapquest, facebook, wikipedia, or amazon, random gibberish appears on my computer screen. This only happens on these certain websites, plus on other random ones (if i do a search and click on one of the hits, gibberish comes up). I’m guessing its the coding of the website, but it’s really bothering me. We have a family network of four computers, and this problem occurs on 2 out of the 4. I don’t know how to fix it – I was thinking that it might be a virus, but I ran all of my anti-virus programs (mcafee, spybot) and nothing bad came up. Can somebody please help me? thanks.

I met this girl at a party and we had a couple of nice dates. She seemed really interested in starting a relationship (i.e. talking about future dates and what not). Then, we had a pretty hot night before she went back home. When she got back, we had one date and it was like we started all over again. She was very unresponsive. So, I decide to not call her for a while. I call her about a week later and she hits me on Facebook about how she is sorry that she “confused me” and how ” I got the wrong impression”. I wasn’t hurt, but suprised. I mean, she came onto me. Girls just continue to blow my mind.

Investors say my BP sounds “too good to be true” even though I dropped projected numbers to 30%, what do I do?

I need only 20k to start and can be profitable within a couple of months. With pre-placed orders it can be profitable within 1 month. And I am not able to borrow from friends or family. The only people I know with enough money are my grandparents and everyone in my family has “borrowed” money from them and I know of no one who has repaid them.
I have now had 5 potential investors tell me my BP sounds too good to be true. I have dropped sales estimates by 70% to only 10 units a month and when I placed limited coverage trial ads on places like Craigslist, I got way more than 10 leads. Also that was in only a few cities.
It also does not help that it is a low amount, and in the automotive sector. The last potential investor was actually an investment finder. His investors want investments that start at 5m.

What do I do ? I have even tried to offer 50% of the profits for the first two years as repayment, making the investor millions, instead of a few thousand.

okay….last year my guy friend and I hung out like all the time…no joke. we hung out so much that people thought we were a couple…which we weren’t

anywayz…school started a couple days ago and whenever i sign on to aim and he’s already on he’ll sign off.
or on the other hand, i have facebook. i put a new pic up. everyone has been commenting on how great i look and all of that jazz.
he only IM’s me for generic quesitons such as when did u get back to school and that stuff.

i feel that he always signs off because i sign on to aim.

IS HE STILL A GOOD FRIEND or should i find news friend. need adviice….good advice.
and i don’t wanna talk to him

Are used car ads posted through cragslist.com reliable?

I plan to purchase a used car. Craigslist provided that list. I was interested in a couple of them so I sent out an email to them. Two responded, however, one car is in Canada and the other one is in UK. One uses the www.e-bbb.org as her intermediary escrow and the other one uses the Square Trade. I searched “Square Trade” and found out there were scams linked to it. Now I’m beginning to think these used car sales through craigslist.com are just plain hoax to extract money from unsuspected citizens.

Am I scaring him?

I met a guy a couple weeks ago at a party at my university. We ended up making out and I spent the night at his place WITHOUT having sex. (We’re both virgins.) Anyway, he called me up a couple days later and we hung out again.

Then I flew to my parents’ house in another state. I messaged him on facebook, ahd he replied, and then he AIMed me. We ended up talking for 5 or 6 hours. The next day I IMed him, and we ended up talking for 4 hours.

1) Does he like me, or is he just “putting” up with me? (You know how some people don’t tell the truth to people, yet just “stand them.”)
2) Am I scaring him? I tend to be a very sarcastic, cynical person. Yet I usually try to lay it off people I just meet in case I scare them lol. Would you be scared if a girl was cynically facetious?
3) He had wanted me to call him when I got back to college before I left over a week ago. Should I still do that considering we spoke through AIM?

Okay, so I met this girl a couple of times, but I haven’t spoken to her much because both times we were with a group of people. We were at a bar and she told me I should put down more money but then she apologized later. I added her on facebook, and IMed her. From the way she ended the conversation it seemed like she doesn’t want to hang out, but I’m not sure.
….
Me: I’m gonna go to the gym soon and then figure out what I’m doing tonight, what about you?
Her: im actually out of town!
….
Me:ohh, well it’s nice to get out of the city for a few days
Her:yeah def
Me: I might hang out with [our mutual friend] tonight.. I guess I won’t have anyone telling me to put more money down
Her:ahhh im reeally sorry about that!
Her:haha well that should be fun
Me:lol haha no it’s cool
Me:I’m just kidding
Her:ok
Her:good
Me:well I gotta go, but hopefully I’ll see you when you get back!
Her:yepp ok bye

She signed off even quicker than I did.

What would you do?

I knew this guy a few months ago and got along ok. Anyways we get invited to go bowling with these girls. He wants to get a little drunk first. I don’t see the harm of having a couple. He downs 3/4 a bottle of three olives. Then he becomes so drunk that we have to cancle plans with the girls, whom I might add I haven’t seen since. Then he barges into some random girls dorm room and flirts with them and they put make up on him and I took a couple of pictures. The rest of that night me and two of my freinds had to do all we could to keep him out of jail. And he was peeing by a lamp so it was a hard job. Then after that he puked in my car while I was driving him around because he would not listen. My freinds had given up before this happened. That being said I now have the pictures and I put them on my facebook because it was a college memory. He got mad so I took them off just because I try to be nice. I told him that I might show them to someone and he started threatenin me
To clear a couple of things up I never threatened him. He threatened me. And the person I was going to show the pictures to was there when it happened. Also I haven’t hardly seen him since the time it happened so I do not hang out with him. Thirdly this guy is a wuss I’m 216 and am in pretty good shape I a country boy. Fourthly my problem with girls is I don’t know which one to choose and thats not to show off I don’t want to end up regreting my decision. Lastly I did things stupid there are pictures but none of it makes me ashamed. I will not give the pictures to him. They are penance for his lies, ignorence, arrogence, and for making my other two freinds try to beat him up. I stuck my neck out and he tried to chop it off. No of course I’m not in a realation ship with him. You missed the whole point.

MySpace is the only way I have of communicating with her right now. I have met her and talked to her in real life. But for now all I have is MySpace, til a couple weeks or so when I see her again.
Codrock has a great idea, but the thing Is, is that I dont see or talk to her very often. Maybe two weeks til the chance that I’ll see her again. But maybe I should wait it out? idk…
