I am signed up with all the local agencies, check craigslist.com every day, set up on Monster, Hot Jobs, Indeed.com and several others. I have lowered my starting wage, and am getting desperate as my unemployment ran out last week. I have been searching for 6 mo now and no luck, seems that all any company wants is a 20-something with big u know what’s. It seems like experience, dependability, and someone eager to work doesn’t count for much now days.
I don’t mean to sound sour or bitter, but it’s getting rather depressing to go in for an interview and when u get contacted back or u call back, the jobs always been filled.
Any one with any kind of suggestions, ideas or solutions, PLEASE respond, I’m getting desperate.
