You upload your html files and you link to them directly from the homepage. Notice that the homepage has to be created in googlepages, but the other pages can be made on your pc offline and uploaded after. Notice also that it is now possible to addthe adsense code to pages made with googlepages, it is possible only for a few weeks, before that was not possible.
