Yes, Google determine ads by your Url, Title, description tag, H tags, Bold tags, text, … So if you want art related ads you should have art related words on page in as many different positions as you can.

Yes, Google determine ads by your Url, Title, description tag, H tags, Bold tags, text, … So if you want art related ads you should have art related words on page in as many different positions as you can.
