If it was an accident then its nothing to worry about, just give them the right stuff and it should be ok.

Why don’t you just email Adsense support and explain your mistake? Click the “contact us” link at the bottom of the adsense help center.

If you are in the adsense program simply click on top right on help and contact us and then explain your problem and what you want to change. That’s it. And don’t click on your own ads!
