Have you tried the SPCA?

I would recommend checking with your local Vet, because how I look at it, if people care enough to take their pet to a Vet then it shows they care, maybe your local Vet will know someone who may have recently lost their pet and they may want to give your dog a new home.

Check with your local animal shelter. Many have waiting lists for people looking for particular types of dogs.

I want her! But, I live in Texas. Txaggie2514@yahoo.com
You should try to sell her online. And make sure they understand her needs.

Sounds like you are doing everhthing right. Have you tried an ad in the local paper? The penny pincher papers get read the most. There are several where you can place an ad on line. Also, put a flyer at all the grooming shops. Their clientele takes good care of pets. Pictures on the flyers draw te most attention. Best of luck

Because most animal lovers already have other pets understand this may take a bit longer.
You may also want to check for breed rescues in other areas if this one is full or not responding- it is not easy for them to adopt out a dog with lots of restrictions either remember. Many rescues place their animals in foster homes till adopted…most of which have other animals as well. When trying to place one dog in rescue that we couldn’t place at our shelter because of a behavior issue we had only one breed specific rescue out of seven contact us.
Also, if you bought her from a reputable breeder it is probably in your contract to return her to them, so you may want to check into that.
