Tips on Leasing a Condo?

I am looking to lease a condo in the Atlanta area next spring, and I was wondering if anyone knows of any insiders websites where I can find any before they become available to the general public or how I would go about finding the perfect condo. I don’t have $1000 a month to spend so I have to find one with my budget in mind. I’d like to be able to maybe purchase it if I like it as well. Any hints would be great. I’ve been keeping an eye on Craigslist, but if anyone knows of any other websites like Craigslist, that would be awesome. Also, if I don’t see any on websites, do realtors help out with leasing condos, or do they only help out with selling condos? Thanks!

What’s the demand for a top notch business plan writer?

I would like to attract clients to hire me to write their business plans. Is there a market for business plan writers? I have owned and sold 6 companies (for nice profits) and have attracted investors to each company via my business plans. I have also had several companies who had seen my work hire me to write their plans. My biggest client was Sun Micro. One of the plans I generated was 78 pages! I would like to write business plans for more companies and am truly one of the best plan writers out there. How would I go about finding people that need business plans written? Should I advertise on Craigslist or have a website developed with a list of my services? I am also a marketing wiz when it comes to putting new companies on the map. I am great with slogans and am also able to get these plans into the hands of hundreds of investors. I am the best when it comes to market analysis, strategy & implementation, financial plan, profit/loss, cash flow, benchmarks, ratios etc…

Is there somewhere fun to move to in the SF Valley?

I’ve recently been offered a job in Thousand Oaks, CA but,I can’t really afford to move to T.O. (I’m looking for a one-bedroom in the 1100 range) so I’m thinking perhaps somewhere in the Valley (or Malibu, if I’m lucky, but probably not that lucky), west of the 405.

I’m moving from San Diego, so I’m no stranger to So Cal traffic, but I was thinking that someplace close to a commuter bus that I could get to work but also go into LA, would be good. I’m originally from Fort Lauderdale, via inner city Baltimore, so I’m not afraid of a little ghetto, if the ghetto is interesting.

So is there anywhere in the Valley that doesn’t suck? Has a bit of a town, even if it a suburban town? Even Wikipedia can’t advise me where is the ‘cool’ neighborhood to live in the SF Valley, if such a thing exists.

Being a good googler, I’ve already checked out craigslist, westside, laweekly, latimes, etc, but I’m still up for suggestions of where else to look.

If you are being harrassed on your e-mail, how do you turn in the offending e-mailer so they stop?

I have a cat rescue and post on craigslist and someone keeps e-mailing and harrassing me. I told them to stop and they refuse so I want to turn them into the police to stop harrassing me. How do I get the e-mail provider to contact them to stop?

So I found a Blackberry Pearl, should I sell it off?

Recently I came across a T-mobile Blackberry pearl, just the phone, no charger or other accessories, I havent been able to turn it on, since its low on battery. I want to sell it but I dont want to get convicted for theft or anthing. Is it a good idea to sell the phone for about 275 on craigslist?

Temporary Housing (weekly) in New York?

I have family coming over to New York during x-mas. They need a place to stay for about 2 weeks since my small studio apartment in Nassau is not going to be able to host them. Where can I look for temporary rentals by the week or by the month?

Please don’t suggest www.craigslist.com since I already know that and wouldn’t be asking this question if craigslist can resolve my question.

How do I report a pedophile to the police?

My best friend and I share an apartment together and we recently took on another roommate from craigslist, and there are some things that we noticed.
He’d been going on out computer and viewing child pornography. my bestfriend and I didn’t catch on at firs because he was deleting the cookies, temporary internet files, and the internet history.
Well, I guess he forgot to do it the other day, because we found several pictures of very young girls (ages 6 to 9, I’d say) posed in very provacative positions, etc.,
The only thing is, I’m not sure how to confront him and I want to call the police but I don’t know what the procedure is for this kind of thing.
If I report him to the police, how would I prove it was him and would they guarantee that he went to jail?
I don’t want to report him if nothing is going to happen and if my security is in jeopardy.
He doesn’t seem like a violent person, but I’m afraid he may become so if confronted.
Any suggestions/answers at all?

Also, the computer is now kept locked via password at all times.

I’ve also checked childsafe network to see if he is a registered sex offender and he is not. I am, however, worried that just because he HASN’T done anything yet, doesn’t mean he WON’T…
P.S. There aren’t any children in the house (thank god) and I haven’t deleted any of his sites. He was also signed into his Yahoo! email while he was looking at the photos.
