Have you all heard of Rideshare? If not, go to http://www.erideshare.com. It’s basically a community where you can “hitchhike” online, find someone that’s driving to your destination, and have this total stranger pick you up and take you. The upside is that you can get somewhere very cheap and meet new people, but it’s also dangerous…you don’t know the person you’ll be driving with. Do you all think this is a good idea? (Craigslist.com also supports Rideshare)
Yeah it is a great way to find folks to carpool with if you live in a big city. I wouldn’t do it out in the country though.
