Google adsense by far…stick to fundamentals and proven winners!

They are completely different advertising solutions.
Adwords is on Google plus, if selected in your adwords campaign, your ads will be on any Joe Schmoe’s website in the network related to the term (if you even choose to advertise there).
AdBrite is directly on a single specific website. You cannot advertise for terms across all adbrite ad sites, but you can on Google if you select the “content network”.

Stick with a winner – google adsense.
Yahoo has a similar program, pays a little better, but the click throughs are not as high.
