Anybody interested in buying a Gibson Acoustic Guitar?

I have a high end Gibson in perfect condition that I want to sell. I’ve posted it on Craigslist but haven’t gotten much response. What am I doing wrong? It’s an LC-1 Cascade with flamed and quilted maple backs and sides, flamed maple neck, rosewood fretboard, white binding, a cutaway and stock with a Fishman pickup. I’m looking to get between 1500-1000 for it since it retailed at 2498. Am I asking for too much? The guitar is relatively new and sounds awesome.

Madrid accomodation, but not in hotels?

I want to try something different. Instead of staying in regular hotels, I want to stay either with a Spanish family who is renting out a room or someone who is just renting a room. We are visiting in December and will stay in Madrid and Barcelona for 4 days each. Question is, where do I find such listings. Craigslist had a couple…but where else do I go??
