Right now if I click on an email adress on a blog or craigslist or any website it opens my outlook express and starts a new message to that address. I would like it to do the same thing, but in Yahoo Mail. I just switched to Yahoo Mail Beta, but that did not change this problem.
NO, WebMail does not Perform this request, only installed apps on the PC Can, Not WebMail

Depends on the link. Setting your default mail program can remedy this problem. Although personally I simply copy the address and paste it into yahoo mail.

Go to the tools dropdown menu and click on internet options. Then open the programs tab and set your yahoomail as the default e-mail program and then when you click on an e-mail link it will open your yahoo sign on page and upon signing in it will already have the address field filled in for you.

Yes, there is a way. Click Tools > Internet Options > Programs tab > under E-mail click the down arrow and select Yahoo! Mail > click Apply. If Yahoo! Mail isn’t listed follow the directions below.
This is what you need to do to make Yahoo! Mail your default email application, and teach your computer to use Yahoo! Mail. Follow the directions below and it will solve your problem.
Using Internet Explorer just click “Continue” on the link below to download a small 60K file that will enable Yahoo! Mail to be the default email application for your computer. Whenever you click on an email address on any web page or in any computer program, Yahoo! Mail will open for you in a new window.
If Internet Explorer displays a yellow security bar at the top, click on it and select Install ActiveX Control from the menu.
If a security warning comes up with Yahoo! Inc. as the publisher, click Install.
Now you can click on an email address anywhere and your computer will automatically open up Yahoo! Mail for you.
You can even send documents directly from Word, Excel, or other Windows applications.
Requirements:
Windows 95 / 98 / ME / NT / 2000 / XP / Vista
