You can get a free webpage on http://www.geocities.com, its simple but it is free. I have one i am still working on.

At Yahoo, you can get a very very cheap website that includes a lot of tools to do business over the internet. The price is somewhere around $10 a month, but I feel it’s the best mix of price and tools included.
