its a place where you sign up ads for your website, and i think its paid perclick, i earned over $50 w/ ads on my website within a month.

In other words, it’s a way of getting revenue from a website you run by adding relatively relevant advertising to it and reaping the rewards. However since it’s on a pay-per-click basis, if your site’s not all that popular / doesn’t get that many hits, you won’e be able to ditch your day job.
