Have anybody in India really received payments from Google Adsense?

Is Google Adsense program real. Or is there any method to really increase traffic to the website http://infodata.co.nr ?

    Many indians are participating in the AdSense program and are getting paid every months. My own community website has mny indian members and they are doing really well!
