I saw on Craigslist a job for a remote assistant. I received infor from Ortega Management. They want their assistants to process financial transactions through the assistant’s bank accounts. If you have heard of them, who are they?

Any company that wants you to process their money through your account sounds fishy.

This sounds uncomfortably like money laundering, which is taking money earned by crime, and moving it into other accounts and investments in order to hide the monetary evidence of drug deals, corruption, bribery, etc.
Before giving them any real information (including your home e-mail address), try to discern what precisely they want you to do. Have them be clear on the source of the money, and why you are needed to process that money.
