yeah, i have heard that employers are now going on to facebook and my space to see what type of person you are. If they see your spring picture of you drinking like crazy and fondaling everyone you meet you will not be getting hired.

If you are wondering how much you can get away with, I suggest you think very carefully about the possible consequences before you do anything stupid. If you have already done it and wonder how it will affect your ability to get a job – you might have more trouble getting a job with the employers who come to the campus, but others who don’t have an affiliation with the college will only have your transcript and letters of reference to look at. (usually)
