why is craiglist acting like a communist site?

craigslist got a panal of flaggers who are not monitored….who just flag their competitiors…the 14 year old girl from san francisco was able to sell sex for awhile and those flaggers did not flag her ad

Why is this a Communist trait? Why not just authoritarian?
I thought sex for sale was not really legal and especially when minors are involved. But I don’t go to those sites so I won’t know much about this issue.
