At the same time, the advertisers do not have the time and energy to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising at so many websites. Yahoo/Overture PPC, Google Adwords, and other niche PPC engines help the advertisers and publishers connect to each other via Yahoo Publisher Network and Google Adsense. I think, that works pretty easy for small scale buyers and sellers.
