Where can I buy a text link web site business like adsense, yahoo links, kanoodle or industry brains?

I want the management system for adsense, kanoodle or industry brains, not managing my links on those sites
If not a standard item, who can build it and what should it cost?

I doubt you will find one for sale, you will prob have to build it or pay someone to build it for you.

An open source software called PhpAdsNew http://www.phpadsnew.com is an excellent ad server that allows you to manage text links on your website. It allows you to track campaigns, let your advertisers see the result of their campaigns in real-time, even set targeting parameters like IPs, etc. Plus, it is free and easy to install.
