Many rescues place their animals in foster homes till adopted...most of which have other animals as well. When trying to place one dog in rescue that we couldn’t place at our shelter because of a behavior issue we had only one breed specific rescue out of seven contact us. Also, if you bought her from a reputable breeder it is probably in your contract to return her to them, so you may want to check into that. Former shelter manager. Have you tried an ad in the local paper? The penny pincher papers get read the most. There are several where you can place an ad on line. Also, put a flyer at all the grooming shops.
