We are using it in one of our websites and targeting is sub-par compared to Adsense. In one of our new sites, there will be days when we were not earning anything from YPN (0 clicks). We changed it to Adsense -- with the same layout, same ad position, same traffic, we were earning $15-30 a day from the same site. Your mileage may vary but YPN did not work for us.
