As Vish said you have to put the AdSense ads on your site. However be sure you do not click your own ads. Google will ban you.

I’ve included some great resources in my sources below. It’ll help you determine how your ads and the immediate page space around them should look. It’s worth doing some reading ahead of time.

First of all, go to AdSense website google.com/adsense and register there. Then place the code provided by them in yout HomePage’s HTML code so that Ads by Google can appear on your homepage. Now you can start earning as users hit those Ads on your website. The number of hits must cross a minimum limit for earnings.
