   http://www.photobucket.com is a good free image host, and it gives you the image url… you just have to write out the part

   you have to have the picture on an online location.. then you use this code:

   and if your talking about uploading it to myspace.. well, you have to have it saved.. then you can do that simply.. but.. i hope i answered for you..
