Browse around and look at other ppl profile. Usually it will tell what site they got their’s from. Try pimpmyspace.com or tweakmyspace.com they’re good to start with; they will give you html code for modifying your profile. For pics you just upload from you PC but in other tables you will have to use another photo web hosting service like photobucket.com and upload again. Good luck.
