Adsense is somewhat restrictive as to content on your site (no adult material, guns, gambling, images. Full list here: https://www.google.com/adsense/policies ).
To find something else, try searching for “pay per click affiliate” You will find many programs that will be happy to advertise with you.

Yes and Yes
You can use adsense on any number of sites of yours, as long as they comply with Adsense TOS. Google does review each site individually and will notify you in case if any of your site is not good with TOS
There are pleanty of programs available like adsense, however I pick these as best
