One that was newly created today is http://brandonmwelch.com I just found it earlier, since it was created today no one has blocked it and it should work everywhere. It will get you onto all blocked sites, not just Myspace. Hope that helps http://brandonmwelch.com was the fastest proxy I've seen so far.
