So I was trying to get this app on facebook, and this is what came up:
Allow Access?
Allowing Pieces of Flair access will let it pull your profile information, photos, your friends’ info, and other content that it requires to work.
Allow orr cancel
By proceeding, you are allowing Pieces of Flair to access your information and you are agreeing to the Facebook Platform User Terms of Service in your use of Pieces of Flair.
What does that mean? Is it a risk to me?
In addition to that, there is also an agreement in the terms of service whereby you waive all permissions and powers. Basically, if anything goes wrong with your account after installing an application or something, you are saying it was not FaceBook’s fault. Here is a snippet from the FaceBook terms of Service regarding that.

its not a risk.
it basically does it so that your friends can check if you have that app as well, among other things.
