What is the best way to make money with your brand new Real Estate license?

I am leaning towards NOT being a typical buyers agent, or even a listing agent, but more towards finding properties for cheap and selling them to investors.
Do you think I can make money doing that?
If you were me and just starting out in the state of Florida, what would you do?
PS. Best answer will get 1% of all my commission….not really…that would be against the FREC I just learned that, but best answer will be appreciated.

If you are just starting you should hook-up with a mentor and split commisions for a while until you learn some of the basic tricks of the trade.
