Working from US on H4 visa with Indian adsense account?

Hi,
Is it legal to develop and maintain a website living in the US by registering an Indian address with google's adsense? The taxes would be paid to the Indian govt, but development would be done right here in the US. Thats precisely because I haven't got a work permit here.
Pls advice!

Ask the US Internal Revenue Service and see what they have to say? If they tell you it is, get back to us. The fact that you choose to work illegally in the US because you don't have a work permit here, doesn't make your action legal, even if you do manage to get away with it.
