   No money for joining. Its free.

   Theres no problem as well. But don't join it in the hope that you'll immediately start making money. Its a very slow and steady process. Think of it as a bonus to your online blogging/webmaster efforts. but never concentrate on it as your livelihood. It doesn't work that way unless you have an awesome website with superb traffic.

   Only disadvantage – EVERYBODY has google ads. It will take time to make some money.

   But it's free… go for it.

   EDIT…

   You don't have to ever pay google for hosting adwords on your site.
