  4. Are you kidding me dumb shit. There is no case against anyone. The user agrees via the agreement when he posts the ad, craigslist or anyone responding to an ad is not at all lible for anything. Even if the prankster posts a phone number and a name he is not lible. The most a judge will do is demand that the name and phone number be removed from the prankster’s site. Craigslist is a joke anyway, people should even use it.
